I think its funny when people say they work somewhere and how they say it.
For example, I bumped into a gentlemen the other day at the grocery store and after a short conversation the topic of employment came up and he said that he work “for” a company and it made me think.
Do we work for a company or do we work at a company?
I mean I work “at” a retail store but I certainly don’t work “for” them.
I work for my family, for food, for paying bills, and the rest of the needs and wants I have.
I certainly do not work for someone else to pocket there bank account or help provide for them. I only work at their place of employment….for my wants and needs.
Who do you work for? What do you work for?
