Siouxland United Wolves Dropped A Nail Biter


The Siouxland United Wolves dropped a nail biter to Gretna in Rugby Nebraska action in Omaha Tuesday night, losing 17-15. Both teams now sit at the top of the league table with 5-1 records.

Gretna’s Caloway Soucek led all scorers with three tries and Ethan Harwell was able to slot one of the conversion kicks.

The Wolves scored 3 tries as well, with Ethan Brambiglia, Hunter Boettcher, Cole Eaton all getting across the line but none of the conversion attempts could find the mark.

The Wolves head back to Omaha Sunday at 12:30 p.m. to take on Papillion.
