Wolves United Rugby Club Sends Eight to Denver for Rocky Mountain Challenge.
The Siouxland United Wolves will be sending eight players to Denver Colorado over the weekend to participate in the Rocky Mountain Challenge Rugby Tournament. The tournament is one of seven regional cup tournaments held nationwide. The goal of each RCT is to showcase the best talent for varsity rugby in the area.
Participating players will be scouted by USA Rugby Coach-appointed scouts and stand out players will be nominated to the “USA Rugby Stars and Stripes Camp”, an elite development camp for both players and coaches.
Wolves players attending will be: Ethan Brambila, Thomas Dunlop, Cole Eaton, Aaron Hacker, Dylan Mannion, Brock Reeves, Dustin Samaniego andDeionta Williams. They will be representing Rugby Nebraska alongside players from Sioux Falls and Omaha.
Forwards coach, Justin Johnson, Wayne and back’s coach Pat Pierce, Omaha will be assisting Head Coach David Synnott, Omaha.
