I’m tired of this negativity,
this all means less and less to me.
Am I waiting on a miracle?
Or making this inevitable
decision.
What’s holding me back?
We’re stuck in a comfort rut,
but I can’t figure out what
is so appealing
about disagreeing
concealing our feelings
when we should be revealing
the polarity our bodies express,
sitting on opposite ends
of this couch.
