The sights and sounds
causing disbelief
coming from all around
and even beneath
Who’s right
who’s wrong
am I to believe you
and for how long
Where’s your proof
what’s your argument
please double check
before you vent
I want facts
I want the truth
you’re misleading everyone
including our youth
I’m better than that
I’m better than you
I don’t need your lies
to determine what I do
So keep it to yourself
and I’ll keep my poise
all you’re doing is making
more static noise
This poem is to express the frustration with how much stuff gets shared in the media to mislead you. Also, how much is shared without double checking facts or leaving facts out to help their agenda.
